- Defense contract experience
- Has experience winning business with Prime defense contractors and the Subcontractors
- Someone who regularly brings in $5M a year in new programs
- Win long term programs
- Machined + Fabricated A&D components experience
- Sales Engineer experience of 5+ years
THE RESULTS
The search for a Business Development Manager for Rand Machine was very successful, and Ventoux liked two of the candidates presented so much that they hired both of them. Both hired candidates will be bringing their experiences of working in a new and niche market to Rand Machine to bring in new customers and convert new sales.
