The business now needs a Corporate Controller who can take ownership of accounting operations, consolidation, systems integration, process standardisation, and operational finance partnership.

This is a newly created role designed to take pressure off the CFO, create stronger financial discipline across the branch network, and move the business toward a faster, cleaner and more accountable close process.

The role will initially focus on a 10+ branch division operating across 6 states, while also overseeing the company-wide financial consolidation process across the full 26-branch platform. Over time, the position is expected to expand into a broader corporate finance leadership seat with clear succession potential.

Your background will include:
