With over 20 years in executive search, Matthew Parry specialises in Consumer, Retail, E-commerce and Sport partnering with Private Equity firms and portfolio companies to secure senior leadership that drives growth and transformation.

 

He has delivered mandates across the UK and internationally, from COO and Commercial Directors to Board-level appointments, building a strong track record with both FTSE-listed and PE-backed businesses. Over his career, Matthew has worked with some of the world’s best-known consumer brands, including Dixons, Asda, and Marks & Spencer, advising on senior leadership hiring and talent strategy.

Before joining Raw Selection, Matthew founded Retail Execs Ltd and previously held senior roles at Stonehaven International, Norman Broadbent, and The Miles Partnership. Earlier in his career, he built and led the in-house executive search function at Dixons Retail, saving over £1.5M in its first year and professionalising senior hiring across a 40,000-employee group.
