Eleni Buras leads Marketing and Brand at Raw Selection, bringing over a decade of international performance marketing experience to the firm. A former Googler and ex-Director of Performance Marketing at TrustedHousesitters, Eleni has scaled 7- and 8-figure brands across Europe and North America and driven growth for FTSE 250 companies. Having worked in Private Equity-backed brands prior her knowledge of what it takes to scale and grow a business is paramount to driving growth at Raw Selection.

At Raw Selection, Eleni owns the end-to-end marketing strategy, sharpening our brand, fuelling client acquisition, and aligning every campaign with commercial impact. Her unique blend of creative acumen and data precision ensures that every marketing initiative supports our mission: de-risking executive recruitment for Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.
