Recruitment Business Development Associate

With ongoing Recruitment training and support from our team, you’ll be combining a number of strategies for generating leads for potential new searches for private equity firms. Working closely with our Senior Recruitment Consultants as part of the Private Equity team, you’ll gain a broad insight into the key skills needed to succeed in a recruitment firm.

Recruitment Resourcer Associate

As a Recruitment Resourcer, your role will see you become a pivotal member of the team in sourcing candidates for search assignments across North America. You will be completing research on client competitors, presenting roles to candidates, interviewing candidates then submitting them to a colleague to share with the client.

Senior Business Development Associate (Building Products)

As a Senior Business Development Associate, you’ll work on searches in the Building Products sector, partnering exclusively with Private Equity firms and their Portfolio Companies across Europe and North America. With placement fees ranging from £60k to £220k. You’ll be responsible for securing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships whilst delivering on searches, closing and negotiation.
