We are sorry that you do not want to hear from us anymore, to unsubscribe just simply email info@rawselection.co.uk or reply to any email sent to you from Raw Selection and state unsubscribe. You then will no longer receive marketing information from Raw Selection.

As a candidate what will you do with my sensitive data?

  • We will only send your sensitive data to a client or third party of Raw Selection with your expressed permission, this can be verbal or written communication from you.

  • We never share your sensitive data with any third party without your expressed permission.

  • We will store your sensitive data and information shared during conversations, emails, feedback, and messages upon our CRM system and in our email inbox. Unless stated by you that you wish for it to be removed.

We are required by law to hold your information for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual obligations and in accordance with our legitimate interests as a data controller.

We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your Personal Data is maintained and up to date. However, you are under a duty to inform us of any and all changes to your Personal Data to ensure that it is up to date and we will update or delete your Personal Data accordingly. Our standard policy for candidates is to hold your data for six years, then we will ask for your permission to retain that data for a further three years, if you do not respond or request your data to be removed, your data will be deleted.
