THE ROLE
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for:

Developing and executing a business plan across service, installation, and controls.

Building, mentoring, and scaling a sales team including account executives and BDRs.

Driving revenue growth by identifying new markets and strategic partnerships.

Overseeing pricing strategies, proposals, and negotiations.

Collaborating with internal departments to align customer needs with operational capabilities.

Managing and forecasting the sales pipeline and CRM activity.

Staying ahead of market trends and competitor movements.

Experience leading sales within B2B mechanical services, construction, or related commercial sectors.

Proven ability to sell to general contractors, property managers, and building owners.

Track record in developing and executing GTM strategies and sales operations plans.

Experience operating within businesses generating $10M+ in revenue.

Understanding of commercial boiler systems, IoT-enabled services, or installation-based businesses.

Strong negotiation skills, CRM usage, and data-driven decision-making.

LOCATION

Candidates from the local market are preferred. Relocation is possible but not ideal.
This is an in-office, five-day-per-week role with a 7:00 AM start time.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $170,000–$250,000
Bonus: Up to 50% commission based on revenue targets
