THE ROLE

The HVAC Controls Senior System Integrator / Project Manager will be responsible for:

Leading field installation and commissioning of control systems
Programming and commissioning DDC systems using Node-RED and Easy-IO controllers
Managing integration across BACnet, Modbus, and Project Haystack
Guiding installers and commissioning control systems across 400+ active buildings
Collaborating with software engineers to evolve the Axxon platform
Estimating, sourcing, and managing control system projects
Driving hands-on product innovation based on field insights

YOUR BACKGROUND

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

8+ years of HVAC controls engineering and building automation experience
Hands-on DDC programming (e.g. Node-RED, Niagara)
Strong integration skills across BACnet, Modbus, and HVAC systems
Background in managing installation teams and project execution
Understanding of mechanical systems, PID tuning, and energy efficiency
