A reputable PE Firm is partnered with this portfolio company in December 2021, aiming to drive organic growth by 15% annually and strengthen EBITDA margins across its branches.

 

THE PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM

The Private Equity firm specializes in middle-market companies. Their investment focus spans across various sectors including healthcare, business services, IT services, distribution, manufacturing, and tech-enabled industries such as SaaS and E-Commerce. THE ROLE

The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:

·        Leading the branch with full P&L responsibility.

·        Driving marketing efforts and holding accountability for branch performance.

·        Integrating into the existing culture and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.

·        Utilizing available resources through the shared services model to enhance branch performance.

·        Ensuring that key financial metrics are met and leveraging opportunities to improve profitability.

·        Full autonomy in running a branch with access to a shared services model, including HR, marketing, and other resources.

YOUR BACKGROUND

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

·        Proven experience in a GM role with full P&L responsibility.

·        Strong background in sales and marketing within the residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical sectors.

·        Experience in customer acquisition and financial acumen to drive business growth.

·        Meaningful trade experience in the relevant industries.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Basic Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

Bonus Package: 50% on EBITDA targets, OTE up to 100% if exceeding targets

Equity: Yes, long-term incentive plan based on EBITDA performance, 7-figure payout

401k: Yes

Healthcare: Yes
