THE PORTFOLIO COMPANY

This portfolio company operates in the high-end residential window and door industry. Established in 2012 and acquired in 2021, the company provides custom end-to-end services—from measurement and fabrication to installation. Serving homeowners, builders, architects, and designers across the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, the business has experienced recent leadership and operational challenges. Despite a temporary downturn in performance, the company is well-positioned for recovery and long-term growth through strategic sales, marketing, and service enhancements.

THE PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM

The firm fosters operational autonomy, trusting portfolio leaders to deliver results with minimal oversight through weekly KPI calls and quarterly board meetings.
