THE PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM

The Private Equity sponsor is a US-based investment firm focused on providing flexible capital solutions to middle-market companies. Their portfolio includes multiple high-growth businesses, supported by a recently raised $1B+ fund.

VISION

What does success look like in this role?

·        Sustain and optimize performance within the plumbing division—improve conversion rates while maintaining ticket size.

·        Substantially increase generator sales conversions from 3% to 40%.

·        Preserve and elevate the high-performing culture with a continued focus on accountability and team engagement.

 

THE ROLE

The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:

·        Independent leadership of the branch with full strategic and operational oversight.

·        Drive revenue growth, customer conversion, and process optimization.

·        Maintain and elevate team performance by providing coaching and accountability.

·        Set a model example for peer branches and serve as a benchmark for onboarding future GMs.

YOUR BACKGROUND

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:        

  • Leadership of a complex, service-based business unit with P&L responsibility.
  • Prior success in driving revenue growth and enhancing performance metrics.
  • Background in managing change and professionalizing operations.
  • Comfortable working in high-performance environments with high expectations.
  • Experience in residential services or a comparable operational field is preferred.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Base Salary: $175,000 - $220,000

Bonus: 50% based on EBITDA performance - Target bonus but can max at salary

Equity: Long term incentive plan - Target around $1Mn
