Relieve the CFO of daily accounting duties to allow focus on strategic initiatives.

Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting and operational accounting.

Contribute to the ERP implementation and transformation of the finance function.

THE ROLE
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

Managing the day-to-day accounting function including journal postings, reconciliations, and reporting.

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Supporting inventory and cost control processes.
-
Leading audit readiness, tax filings, and compliance.
-
Collaborating closely with the CFO to provide financial insights and drive improvements.

Supporting ERP implementation and finance process improvements.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

5–10 years’ experience in accounting and finance, ideally in manufacturing, nutraceuticals, or pharma.

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and proven experience with audits and month-end closings.

Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software (PeachTree/QuickBooks preferred).

Experience working with ERP systems and leading finance process improvements.
-
Track record of working independently in a lean finance team.

Experience in a contract manufacturing setting is advantageous.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Bonus: 10–15% (based on individual and company performance)
