THE ROLE

The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:

·        Collaborating closely with the CEO to drive commercial operations improvements.

·        Leading the development and implementation of a go-to-market strategy.

·        Building and managing a high-performing commercial team.

·        Identifying and executing add-on acquisition opportunities.

·        Enhancing the quoting process to prioritize relevant and profitable opportunities.

·        Developing and refining the company's value proposition to attract new customers.

KEY CHALLENGES FOR THE ROLE

YOUR BACKGROUND

The Successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following   

·        Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in sales leadership.

·        Experience in customer relationship management and business development.

·        Understanding of machining, CNC equipment, sheet metal, and stamping processes.

·        P&L responsibility experience in companies with revenues up to $25 million.

·        Background in larger organizations (e.g., $200 million+ revenue) or blue-chip companies.

·        Private equity experience is a significant plus.

·        Possession of a large network within the metals industry.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Basic Salary: $230,000 - $260,000

Bonus Package: 20% to 45% based on company performance
