THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:
· Full P&L ownership of the Service division.
· Managing, recruiting, and developing field and office service staff.
· Driving revenue through service contracts and repair projects.
· Ensuring emergency responsiveness and service reliability.
· Coordinating cross-functionally with other departments.
· Leading continuous improvements and ERP utilization.
KEY SELLING POINTS OF THE ROLE
· Leading a high-visibility division in a high-growth environment.
· Recent implementation of ERP (BuildOps) for process efficiency.
· Owner-operated firm with strong growth and a tech-forward culture.
· Advanced monitoring system enhances client experience.
KEY CHALLENGES FOR THE ROLE
· High seasonal service demand (especially in winter).
· 24/7 operational responsibility with after-hours demands.
· Rebuilding division leadership after previous turnover.
· High expectations for infrastructure development and performance.
YOUR BACKGROUND
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
· 10+ years in HVAC or mechanical contracting service operations.
· Leadership of $10M+ service revenue operations.
· Strong technical expertise in boilers and heating systems.
· ERP and KPI implementation experience.
· P&L responsibility and strong team leadership history.
· Experience in the NYC metro or similar environment.

Basic Salary: $225,000–$230,000
