VISION

- Timely, accurate reporting through the newly implemented ERP system.
- Smooth financial operations and compliance with lender reporting requirements.
- Reduced burden on the CFO, ensuring leadership can remain strategic.
- Establishing a high-performing finance function ready for growth and potential leadership transition to CFO.
- Enable accurate PE-level reporting (weekly KPIs, monthly, quarterly, and annual covenant reporting).
THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:
- Overseeing the finance team and leading financial reporting.
- Managing post-ERP migration reporting functions.
- Ensuring compliance with two lending structures, including asset-based and term lenders.
- Supporting the CFO with financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Potentially transitioning into a full-time, permanent leadership role.

YOUR BACKGROUND
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
- Experience in a PE-backed business preferred.
- Background in apparel or consumer manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Blue Cherry ERP systems.
- Experience reporting to multiple lenders and working with Jet Reports.
- Progressive experience in FP&A and financial operations.

LOCATION
Totowa, New Jersey – approximately 35–40 minutes from Manhattan, NY.
Office presence: 3–4 days/week (CFO attends 5 days/week).
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $180,000–$200,000
