• Establish a scalable, sophisticated finance function that supports aggressive growth initiatives.
• Drive improved operational and financial performance across the organization.
• Support potential future strategic transactions, including acquisitions or a liquidity event.

• Serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and the Board.

THE ROLE

The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:

• Oversee accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, and tax functions.
• Develop financial and operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Implement best-in-class financial systems and reporting processes.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial information to key stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Support M&A activity including due diligence and integration.
• Mentor and develop finance and operational staff.

YOUR BACKGROUND

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:        

• Previous CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a private equity-backed or growth-stage company.
• Strong technical accounting and FP&A expertise.
• Track record of improving operational efficiency and financial processes.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and integration activities.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be both strategic and tactical.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Basic Salary: $200,000 - $225,000
