A commercial field services company is under LOI with a private equity sponsor that will make up part of a roll up of companies. The firm is based on the east coast and will be a targeted roll up of companies in that region. The company predominately sells to warehouse, logistic centers, industrial and other allied industries.

Their investment strategy focuses on companies with solid revenue and EBITDA figures, typically committing substantial capital to drive growth and value. With a diversified portfolio and a long-standing presence in the industry, the firm continues to be a key player in the private equity landscape.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:    
• PE-backed CEO or senior executive from a larger firm.
• Proficient in M&A, integration, and founder-owned add-on acquisitions.
• Strong commercial acumen for sales growth strategy.
• Experienced in buy-and-build strategies.
• Managed companies with $50M to $75M in your recent history
• Specializes in facility or industrial services focused on commercial clients
• Strong financial understanding including balance sheet and cash flow management.

LOCATION

US, East Coast

 

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Basic Salary: $275,000 - $305,000

Bonus Package: 50% bonus

Equity: 4% equity option position

*Salary to increase post the first year and acquisitions from $50,000 to $75,000
