THE ROLE
The CFO will be responsible for:

Serving as a strategic advisor and commercial partner to the CEO.

Leading financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Building dashboards and KPIs for 23 locations to support operations.

Leading acquisition diligence and integration, including financial systems and reporting.

Reporting to the Private Equity firm on key financials, cash flow, and exit readiness.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Experience as CFO with at least one Private Equity-backed exit (ideally two).

CFO leadership in a multi-site Commercial services business.

Strong M&A integration experience and commercial finance leadership.

Proven ability to scale finance teams, processes, and systems.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $300,000–$500,000
