THE ROLE
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

Identifying and acquiring new customers across the U.S. in sectors such as aerospace, defense, medical, telecom, and transportation.

Leading outbound prospecting and managing the full sales lifecycle.

Developing and closing multi-year OEM programs.

Building a high-value book of business to support long-term revenue goals.

Experience winning multi-year contracts with OEMs.

An existing network of industry contacts, particularly in medical and biometrics, is a strong advantage.
