THE PORTFOLIO COMPANY
A leading fire and life safety services provider headquartered in the Midwest, backed by a respected private equity sponsor. The business delivers mission-critical inspection, maintenance, and retrofit services across commercial facilities, protecting people and assets across the U.S. The platform is entering its next phase of growth, focused on completing operational integration, driving system adoption, and preparing for continued expansion through disciplined M&A. Supported by a dedicated buy-side advisory partner and a strong debt facility, the company aims to double EBITDA over the next three to four years in advance of a liquidity event.
