Climate Efficiency Partners created this role to transition from founder-led commercial oversight to a structured, scalable sales and marketing function.

The CEO had been personally overseeing strategy and growth initiatives, but with continued acquisition velocity and a 5–7 year exit horizon, the platform required a dedicated functional leader to:

  • Drive cross-selling across subsidiaries

  • Standardize best practices in sales execution

  • Align marketing with measurable revenue outcomes

  • Lead brand migration and communications strategy

The company operates across the Mid-Atlantic and Pacific Northwest through brands specializing in refrigeration, plumbing, HVAC, and energy efficiency services. 

The platform preserves legacy brands initially before migrating toward unified identity under Climate Efficiency Partners. The investment thesis centers on acquisition-led scale, operational best practices, and commercial synergy realization.
