Associate
Julie Lo is a multilingual Private Equity Associate with 4+ years of transaction experience across M&A advisory, valuation, and deal execution within the European mid-market. Currently based in Lyon, she has worked on over 15 transactions across sectors such as Healthcare, B2B Services, Technology, and Industrial Manufacturing, with enterprise values ranging from €10M to €1BN.
Julie began her career in credit analysis and controlling, building early exposure to corporate finance fundamentals at Texas Instruments, Expert & Finance, and Bank of China. She later transitioned into M&A at DC Advisory and Edmond de Rothschild, where she has developed a full deal-cycle skill set including financial modelling, business plan analysis, CIM and pitchbook creation, and live deal negotiation support.
At Edmond de Rothschild, Julie supports both buy-side and sell-side processes, interfacing with management teams, board members, and counterparties. She has played a key role in structuring deals, preparing valuations (DCF, LBO, trading comps), and mentoring junior team members.
With a triple-degree background from EM Lyon, Lancaster University, and LMU Munich, and fluency in French, English (TOEIC 990), and German, Julie brings a global, analytical approach to investment execution. Known for her reliability under pressure and adaptability across international teams, she is well-suited to fast-paced, detail-oriented environments in private capital.

Julie is part of the M&A advisory team at Edmond de Rothschild, focusing on French mid-cap clients across diverse sectors. The firm advises both private equity and corporate clients on strategic transactions, particularly sell-side mandates. Sector exposure includes healthcare (notably medical devices), manufacturing, B2B distribution, business services, technology, education, energy, and consumer goods. Clients include Abenex, UI, Bridgepoint Investments, and privately held businesses.
