THE SEARCH REQUIREMENTS

• Experience leading end-to-end venture investments, including ASA and CLN structuring

• Strong communication skills, able to engage CEOs, CFOs, and legal teams

• Proven track record in market analysis, commercial due diligence, and internal process optimisation

• Ability to work across sectors with a specific emphasis on early-stage tech

• Collaborative yet self-driven approach, supporting thousands of LP relationships and follow-on portfolio strategy
