THE REASON FOR THE SEARCH
The Atlanta branch of Anytime Heating Cooling & Plumbing had been underperforming significantly following leadership instability. After the founder exited, the business suffered from high turnover, weak management, a deteriorating culture, and declining performance—ultimately running 30% down year-on-year.
The most recent GM relocated to Florida, leaving the branch without on-site leadership and resulting in poor accountability, weak technician performance, and lack of process discipline. Granite Comfort needed an on-the-ground operator who could stabilise operations, rebuild trust, develop the management layer, and restore growth.

Anytime Heating Cooling & Plumbing, acquired in 2022, is a residential HVAC and plumbing provider in Atlanta. Originally a virtual business under the founder, the branch is transitioning into a traditional in-person operating model, with new office and warehouse facilities in place.
