James also brings extensive multi-branch leadership and M&A experience from his time at Goettl, ARS, Mike Diamond, and other high-growth platforms—completing 15+ integrations and overseeing operations across 14+ branches. A disciplined, servant-style leader with a strong operational playbook, he is recognized for his ability to take service companies from tens of millions to hundreds of millions in revenue. Pulte Capital Partners required an on-the-ground leader to take day-to-day operational control of a high-growth residential HVAC platform.
